The company holds license №300236 and is regulated by Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). VFSC regulator effects the full control under the market participants’ activity and ensures compliance with all international standards related to providing broker services of licensed companies. The regulator guaranties honesty and transparency of the license holders’ activity and confirms that only the company with high level of reliability has the right to obtain a license for conducting financial activities in the regulator’s jurisdiction.

AFSC adheres to international legal regulations and complies with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act.
