The Financial Commission
- an independent expert organization that provides conflict resolution on receipt of a complaint submitted by a member’s client. The Commission has extensive experience in disputes resolution and engages numerous experts from all over the world.
Business reputation and law awareness of the Commission’s staff ensures quick and mutual satisfactory resolution of disputes between the commission’s member-company and its clients.
The Financial Commission protects clients through the Compensation Fund that is formed by the allocation of 10% of the monthly membership dues to the fund.
This fund guarantees the insurance coverage of the dispute in the amount up to 20 000€, in the event of the company’s refusal or inability to execute The Financial Commission’s decision.
Client’s complaints are accepted by the Company no later than three calendar days from a disputable situation occurrence.
All complaints of a client are accepted in the written form, via the feedback form, emails at the addresses of the Company’s appropriate services, or by post.
Time taken by the Company to consider Client’s complaints does not exceed ten working days from the moment of receiving all required and sufficient data from the Client.
If the complaint was not resolved within 14 days or the decision does not satisfy the requirements, a Client has the right to file a complaint to the Financial Commission.
Client’s complaints are accepted by the Financial Commission via the Dispute Resolution Form on the Regulator’s site.
