The Stop Out event occurs when the Margin Level displayed in the trading terminal reaches the minimal level of 5%. In this case automatic closing the positions, beginning with the most unprofitable ones, is proceeded in order to increase the Margin Level to ensure retaining of the remaining positions and to avoid incurring of debt to the company due to the lack of the security funds required for the positions maintenance.

In case of the unfavorable situation and when the market is “against you” we recommend you at the right time to close the unprofitable positions on your own to maintain the secure Margin Level or to increase the volume of the security funds by means of replenishment of the trading account balance.

Replenishment of the account is carried out by means of the funds transfer in the e-payment systems. When using some of them, funds are added automatically provided that you follow the instructions when replenishing through the Trader Room. Automatically (at the moment of the transfer) the trading account is replenished when using payment systems WebMoney,Yandex.Money,RBKMoney,Z-Payment and other systems. The note about the automatic adding during transfer in one or the other payment system is present in the Trader Room in the description.

Please, be aware that if you do not carry out the process of replenishment in the automatic mode following the instructions, but just copy the information about your Purse from the pages emerging in the process of transfer and then transfer funds from your Purse to ours on your own – the automatic replenishment will not occur! Besides, after the “manual” transfer you are to notify us about your payment, stating its date, requisites from which it was carried out, the amount and the trading account to which the funds should be added. Such transfers can only be processed manually. That is why we strongly recommend you do not carry out direct transfers to our accounts “manually” (not in the Trader Room) unless otherwise stated obviously (as, for example, for the Yandex-money system). In this system you should carry out the transfer on your own according to the specified requisites, and then notify us about the transfer in order to add it.

We should also mention that in some systems the natural delay in adding funds of 1 to 3 days or more can be possible. For example, if replenishing in cash or by means of the bank transfer trough Z-Payment system your funds can arrive with the delay, for the bank transfer takes time. In this case you are to worry only in the situation when the delay exceeds the reasonable limits (more than 2-3 workdays, excluding weekends and holidays). At the moment of your funds arriving at the Company account in the Z-Payment system, the funds are immediately added to your trading account. If they fail to be on your account, it means that they were not received on our account.

In case of the extensive delay in adding funds at payment through Z-Payment systems, the funds tracing should be initiated with the request to this payment system providing the information about the payment which is contained in the letters received at the moment of the formation of the invoice for payment.

All payments to our clients’ Purse in the WebMoney system are performed with the payment protection code. The recipient will receive the funds and see them, but won’t be able to use them until he/she correctly enters the protection code which we send through e-mail at the moment of the funds transfer.

Why are such precautions necessary? Why is it not possible just to transfer funds?

It is possible! But just imagine the situation when entering your Purse number you are mistaken only in one digit. The protection code is specified at a short-term transfer, form 3 to 10 days, within which the funds will be returned in case they are not called. We carry out payments to our clients’ Purse in the WebMoney systems with the protection code. Funds are received on your Purse but cannot be unblocked until you correctly enter the protection code which we send to you at the moment of the funds transfer.

The letter with the protection code is sent from our server within several seconds after the transfer to your Purse has been carried out. Nevertheless, our mail server can deliver a letter to your e-mail box with the delay (up to several hours). If you do not receive a letter with the protection code within 1-3 hours after the transfer receipt on the Purse, ask for the redelivery of the letter with the protection code. We will redeliver the letter.

Be aware that if such problem (with the letter delivery from us) arises repeatedly (the letters are delivered with a long delay of more than several hours or are not delivered at all) you should change the mail service that you use. You should register (open) a mail box on the other server and state it in the Trader Room settings. All withdrawal applications are processed within the time period which DOES NOT exceed the terms specified in the Public Offer Agreement Familiarize with the section: "1. Procedure of settlement".

When executing the withdrawal application the maximum possible time frame for the application completion should be taken into consideration and, if necessary, the application should be executed in advance.

The real time for the application completion depends on the number of the applications in the general queue. The completion of your application can be performed either in 5-10 minutes after the execution or in several hours or the next day.

The queue size of the applications and, accordingly, the time of your application completion depends on the number of factors:

When linking up to the trading account using the investor’s password you cannot perform trading operations (transactions). The investor’s password enables you to use the terminal only in the mode of viewing your trading account. That is why, passing this password you, without any risks, can let the investor to monitor the real account or admit other persons to public open view of your trading account. You, as the trading account owner, can be sure that the investor’s password will no allow performing any transactions or modifying the trading account settings.

Only the trading (main) password enables to modify the trading account parameters, to open and modify trading positions.

When you set Trailing Stop (for example X pips), the following occurs: the Trading platform does not initiate any actions until the position “comes into” the profit of X pips (Trailing Stop value). Then the terminal sets Stop Order to be X pips from the current price (in this case at the hurdle rate). When receiving the quotation at which the gap between the current price and the set Stop Order exceeds X pips, the terminal will send the order to modify Stop Order by X pips from the current price which will result in your Stop Order “pulling” to the current price by the gap of X pips.

So, Trailing Stop is the Stop Order management algorithm/ principle.

Of course, Trailing Stop can work only when your trading terminal is launched and the connection to the Internet is active. For, to send orders according to the above described algorithm, the terminal should be in the on-line mode.

Digital values – is the traffic (the quantity of the sent and received information in kilobytes).

Waiting – is the waiting for the terminal connection to the server. The presence of this inscription for the long period of time is indicative of the poor Internet connection.

Invalid login – the login and/ or the password is stated wrong. In this case, look carefully which language is activated (EN, RU, UK) and select the one required for the correct password entering, if necessary. Try to click Caps Lock button, the capital letters may be activated.

Failed (usually appears following the Waiting inscriptions) – indicates the inability to connect the terminal to the server. It appears in case of a select error or a network failure of the Internet.

The wrong stated server IP-address can also be the reason for such inscriptions appearing as Invalid login or Failed. It is required to state the correct server IP-address: 95.211.219.10:443 in the settings.

Most probably, you are trying to open a position at Forex on the day off. Forex does not work at the weekends, and also on the days of some international holidays.

If you try to open a position on one of the instruments of the stock market, that means that the trading session on this instrument has already been closed or has not started yet.

The trading terminal operates in the mode of transactions at the Forex market from 02:00 on Monday (MSK) till 01:00 on Saturday (MSK) except holidays – days off at the Forex market happen to be workdays.

That means, that you have not enough security funds on your account to open a position on the given currency pair of the specified volume. Try to reduce the amount of the deal (for example, to open not 1 lot, but 0.1 or 0.5 lot).

The definite number of lots, specified when opening an order, and a currency pair, requires the determined level of the margin that depends on the current rate for this pair.

For example, to open 0.1 lot on the EUR/ USD, 50 EUR is required. i.e. 50* (the current rate for EUR/ USD) = 50* 1.2074 = 60.37 dollars.

That means that you have not enough security funds on your account to open a position on the given currency pair of the specified volume. Try to reduce the amount of the deal (for example, to open not 1 lot, but 0.1 or 0.5 lot).

The definite number of lots, specified when opening an order, and a currency pair, requires the determined level of the margin that depends on the current rate for this pair.

Make right- clicking the mouse with the pointer in the “Terminal” window, “Account History” tab. Then select the item “Full history” in the popped up contextual window for displaying the account history from the moment of its registration or the item “Select the period” to select the definite period you want to view the account history for.

Probably, you had loss positions and they were closed automatically.

The positions were closed by the reason of the Stop Out event occurrence due to the lack of the security funds on your trading account balance.

The Stop Out event is assigned to restrict the Clients’ and company’s losses. The Stop Out event occurs when the Margin Level displayed in the trading terminal reaches the minimal level of 5%. In this case automatic closing the positions beginning with the most unprofitable ones is proceeded in order to increase the Margin Level to ensure retaining of remaining positions and to avoid incurring of debt to the company due to the lack of the security funds required for positions maintenance.

In case of the unfavorable situation and when the market is “against you” we recommend you at the right time to close the unprofitable positions on your own in order to maintain the secure Margin Level or to increase the volume of the security funds by means of replenishment of the trading account balance.

Any of the positions if it is a loss position cannot be maintained “for ever” or long enough in case the loss on this position increases constantly. The marginal trade principals at the foreign exchange market allow a company to provide you with the possibility to open a position with a credit (Leverage) supplied immediately in order to increase a possible profit, but at the same time this “chance” has the revert side in the form of the risk to have the lack of the security funds in case of a loss, that has happened in this case.

You have entered the trading account using the investor’s password that enables just to view the account status, to conduct price data analysis and to work with the advisors, but does not allow transactions. You should enter with the trading password to have full rights for work.

It should be taken into consideration that Buy Stop and Buy Limit orders are activated at the Ask price, and the chart is constructed according to the Bid price. Add Spread to the price in the chart and you will see that the price reaches the order price and that is why it has been opened. To activate the Ask line display on the chart, make a right-clicking the mouse on the chart “Properties” (F8) – tab “General” – select check box “to display Ask line”.

That means you clicked Cancel Order having not waited for the operation completion. In case of receiving such message you should wait till the current order has been processed or reset the client’s terminal completely closing it as a program, and then – open it again.

Restoration of the password to a personal Trader's Room takes place in several stages. First, you need to use a form of "Forgot Password" to specify where the recovered email registration office and confirm the sending of instructions on the email. A few minutes after the confirmation to your email comes disposable link to enter the personal cabinet. Disposable link will be valid for a time during which you need to change your password to the office. This can be done in the "safety" of a personal cabinet, choose the second tab on the page - «Change and automatically sent to the email». After this procedure is sent to the email auto-generated password which you can change in the future on their own, the next time you study. Trader room operates with internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, FireFox, Opera, Netscape Navigator. Apart from that, in the settings of your browser, the operating option JavaScript has to be turned on.

When you fill in the login form, make sure that the login name is exactly the same, as you have input it during the registration. For instance, login names TraDer, TRADER and trader are all different. When you insert or type in the password, make sure that the language is the same as it was during the registration, and check whether the CapsLock has not been accidentally switched on.

If working in the Trader Room you receive such message at any of the stages of work, read the context of the window with the error carefully. As a rule, the most mistakes are caused by wrong entering of different data. For example: in the field where there should be the sum (digits) – apart from the digits a letter is entered by mistake: or any action, unallowable for such account type (the funds transfer from the demo-account to the real one), is performed.

If you receive the message about the technical error, you should wait for a definite period of time. All mistakes of this kind automatically proceed to the company technical department for their efficient elimination. In case when the error appears in some period of time again, advise us of its descriptor (stated in the message), in details describing the actions you had been performed in the Trader Room before it appeared.

Transacting in the Trader Room, you should receive letters form us at some stages. For example: confirmation of the registration in the Trader Room, letters with the data when opening new trading accounts, letters of confirmation during the withdrawal application execution, letters with the protection code (if payment is carried out executing the application for withdrawal funds to the purses of the WebMoney payment system) , letters with different notifications and other information. In any cases, in the process of performing any actions, on the screen (in the browser, on our site pages, in the Trader Room,) you will see the information (message) that the letter shall be sent to you and it is required to be read.

In some cases the situation when you will not receive the letters form us or will receive letters with a considerable delay (in several hours or the next day) is possible. This problem exists due to the features of information exchange between e-mail servers and also partially due to the properties of your mail-box settings.

Letters on our e-mail server are formed and sent automatically within several seconds after you have performed any action that requires sending a letter. A letter is sent from us, but it does not 100% mean that you will receive it to your mail-box. Receiving a letter, your e-mails service may use different filters (for example to fight spam) and recognizes it as spam (if, for example, it is the second or the third letter from us sent to your mail-box during the day) and delete it at all or withhold its delivery exactly to your mail-box for some period of time. The policy of the attitude to and fight with spam varies from one e-mail service to the other, which, accordingly, causes different operation algorithms of antispam filters. As a rule, the most popular e-mail servers such as Yandex.ru, Rambler.ru, Mail.ru have the most “tough” algorithms of the spam filtration.

Besides, the popularity of the e-mail service that you use effects the time of letters delivery to your e-mail box also due to its rather high workload (the huge flow of letters to the users’ mail-boxes from the other services), which causes the necessity of letters queuing for their processing and “spreading” to the users’ mail boxes with a definite delay.

The personal settings of your mail-box can also have a negative effect on the “speed of delivery” of letters from us. You should carefully check the mail-box settings for the inner letters sorting and antispam filters. Our letters can get into the “Spam” folder, if there is any in your mail-box. Letters, marked as “suspicious” either by the mail server itself or according to the personal settings of your mail-box, are received to this folder. If you often find our letters exactly in this folder – we recommend you to change the relevant settings of the mail-box in order not to filter letters from us as spam, but to receive them to the “In Box” folder. Besides, if you use various “quarantine” and other settings that require “manual” confirmation of the fact of the letter delivery by a sender (as, for example, in the KM.ru mail service), they (setting data) should be deactivated because the letters from our server are sent automatically, but are not formed “manually” and the replies form your mail server are also not processed “manually”, i.e. nobody gives replies to the delivery confirmations inquiries, and this results in that you will fail to receive a letter because of such settings.

If the above mentioned recommendations do not help, we recommend you to change the mail-box. To do this, you should register a new mail-box on the other mail server (the domain name after the symbol “@” should be different in the mail-box title). Change the information about your mail-box in the Trader Room to the new one and try to continue working with these settings, paying attention to the delays in the mail delivery.

A Digital contracts – is an contract which, depending on the specified condition at the specified time, either ensures a fixed amount of payoff or nothing at all, or a fixed amount of compensation for the invested into the digital contracts funds.

Usually, the point at issue is that whether the asset base price is higher (or lower) from the certain level. The fixed payoff is carried out in case of an digital contracts win, regardless from the rate of the price change (to what extent it is higher or lower). In case of loss, the part of the invested funds, specified by trading conditions, is returned to the account.

The assets for digital contracts trade includes the letter “b” at the end of the symbols (i.e. EURUSDb, AUDUSDb, GOLDb, etc.) and can be found in the “Navigator” section of the “Digital contracts” menu of the WebTrader platform, “Market Watch” of the Meta Trader4 platform.

In order to display all the symbols in the “Market Watch” window of the Meta Trader4 platform, you must make a right button click on any symbol in the “Market Watch” window, select “Show all symbols” in the shortcut menu.
