For example: confirmation of the registration in the Trader Room, letters with the data when opening new trading accounts, letters of confirmation during the withdrawal application execution, letters with the protection code (if payment is carried out executing the application for withdrawal funds to the purses of the WebMoney payment system) , letters with different notifications and other information. In any cases, in the process of performing any actions, on the screen (in the browser, on our site pages, in the Trader Room,) you will see the information (message) that the letter shall be sent to you and it is required to be read. In some cases the situation when you will not receive the letters form us or will receive letters with a considerable delay (in several hours or the next day) is possible. This problem exists due to the features of information exchange between e-mail servers and also partially due to the properties of your mail-box settings. Letters on our e-mail server are formed and sent automatically within several seconds after you have performed any action that requires sending a letter. A letter is sent from us, but it does not 100% mean that you will receive it to your mail-box. Receiving a letter, your e-mails service may use different filters (for example to fight spam) and recognizes it as spam (if, for example, it is the second or the third letter from us sent to your mail-box during the day) and delete it at all or withhold its delivery exactly to your mail-box for some period of time. The policy of the attitude to and fight with spam varies from one e-mail service to the other, which, accordingly, causes different operation algorithms of antispam filters. As a rule, the most popular e-mail servers such as Yandex.ru, Rambler.ru, Mail.ru have the most “tough” algorithms of the spam filtration. Besides, the popularity of the e-mail service that you use effects the time of letters delivery to your e-mail box also due to its rather high workload (the huge flow of letters to the users’ mail-boxes from the other services), which causes the necessity of letters queuing for their processing and “spreading” to the users’ mail boxes with a definite delay. The personal settings of your mail-box can also have a negative effect on the “speed of delivery” of letters from us. You should carefully check the mail-box settings for the inner letters sorting and antispam filters. Our letters can get into the “Spam” folder, if there is any in your mail-box. Letters, marked as “suspicious” either by the mail server itself or according to the personal settings of your mail-box, are received to this folder. If you often find our letters exactly in this folder – we recommend you to change the relevant settings of the mail-box in order not to filter letters from us as spam, but to receive them to the “In Box” folder. Besides, if you use various “quarantine” and other settings that require “manual” confirmation of the fact of the letter delivery by a sender (as, for example, in the KM.ru mail service), they (setting data) should be deactivated because the letters from our server are sent automatically, but are not formed “manually” and the replies form your mail server are also not processed “manually”, i.e. nobody gives replies to the delivery confirmations inquiries, and this results in that you will fail to receive a letter because of such settings. If the above mentioned recommendations do not help, we recommend you to change the mail-box. To do this, you should register a new mail-box on the other mail server (the domain name after the symbol “@” should be different in the mail-box title). Change the information about your mail-box in the Trader Room to the new one and try to continue working with these settings, paying attention to the delays in the mail delivery. |
