Terms of action
The conditions that need to be fulfilled in order to receive the bonus: to accept the terms of this promotion and activate Bonus on deposit+100% & VPS-server for free in the trading account replenishment menu, section “Finances”.
In order to activate the Bonus on deposit+100% and request a VPS-server for free, it is necessary to check the appropriate boxes in the “Finances” section menu during the account replenishment.
The bonus can be credited either to new trading accounts or to already existing ones.
The bonus can be credited to any types of trading or client accounts, regardless of the deposit or account currency, with the exception of the accounts for cryptocurrency or Digital contracts trade.
The number of bonuses to be credited within the promotion period is not limited.
A VPS-server is granted free of charge for the period of 30 calendar days and only to one Client’s profile.
Every deposit to the account within 30 days from the moment of receiving a promotional VPS-server by the amount equivalent to 100 USD or above shall automatically extend the free of charge VPS service for 30 calendar days.
A VPS-server is provided under general conditions of the service use, with the exception of the fee for the first month of use.
Upon the promotional period for a free of charge VPS-server expiration, a client can extend the service on his own, under general conditions of the service use.
The bonus is granted as a credit and cannot be withdrawn.
The trading account balance does not change upon crediting the bonus. The amount of the added bonus funds increases the margin capacity for transactions and thereby allows increasing the trading amount on the trading account.
During the funds withdrawal from the trading account to which the bonus was credited, the proportional deduction of the bonus funds, if such exist, occurs in relation 1:1.
During the funds transfer from the trading account to which the bonus was credited, the bonus funds are deducted proportionally to the transfer amount in relation 1:1 and credited to the trading account to which the transfer was performed.
Upon charging the bonus the trading account balance does not change. The amount of the added bonus funds increases the margin capacity during transactions and thereby allows increasing the trading amount on the trading account.
During the funds withdrawal from the trading account to which the bonus was charged, the proportional deduction of the bonus funds equal to 100% from the withdrawal amount in relation to the charged bonus amount occurs.
During the funds transfer from the trading account to which the bonus was charged, the bonus funds amount is deducted proportionally to the amount of transfer in relation to the charged bonus. Concurrently, the bonus equal to 100% from the amount of the transferred funds is charged to the trading account to which the transfer was performed.
The bonus is not subject to transfer to the accounts for Digital contracts and cryptocurrencies trade..

Additional conditions:
The bonus can only be credited for difference between funds replenishment and withdrawal from trading/ client accounts performed in one Personal Cabinet during the promotion period.
The bonus cannot be lost. In case of a negative floating profit (Equity) occurrence on the trading account, the margin requirement calculations completely depend on own funds on the account.
A Client has the right to refuse from crediting bonus funds or providing the VPS service separately or as a single package. For this purpose, replenishing a trading account by the amount equal to 100 USD or above, it is necessary to unselect the box in the appropriate line of the Personal Cabinet.
When requesting a promotional VPS-server, please consider, that upon withdrawing the deposit amount to which a VPS-server was granted earlier than 30 days from the moment of connecting the service, a VPS-server shall be disconnected.
Upon detecting the promotion conditions misuse, the Company reserves the right to cancel the granted bonus or VPS-server either separately or as a single package.
The Bonus is the Company’s property and can be called back at any time without any reasons given.
The Company is entitled to terminate the promotion “Bonus on deposit +100% & VPS-server for free” at any moment without any reasons given.
