Rules of the promotion Cashback 2.1
In the context of this promotion:
BONUS – a spread CASHBACK for Forex group accounts and an increased rate of payouts (OVERPAY PAYOUT) to every successful deal for Digital contracts accounts.
DEPOSIT – a value of the difference between a total amount of deposits and a total amount of funds withdrawals on a Client’s trading profile within the promotion period.
PROFIT – a a total value of the profit current volume and real money deposits onto trading accounts in a Client’s trading profile within the promotion period.
Activating the Bonus in the “Deposit funds” menu of the section “Transactions”, a Client accepts these Rules of the promotion.
The promotion period: from 01.10.2022 to 30.10.2022
1. General
1.1 All clients of the Company can take part in the promotion.
1.2 The minimum threshold value of a Deposit required for the Bonus activation – 100 USD or equivalent to this amount.
1.3. The Bonus is valid within 30 days from the moment of its activation without any possibility to cancel it at own discretion before its validity expiration.
1.4 The Bonus is available for activation only once (1 time) during the promotion period.
1.5 Every subsequent deposit or total value of all deposits by the threshold value amount (from 100 USD or equivalent to this amount) extends the Bonus validity by 30 calendar days from the moment of fixing the threshold value.
1.6 In the absence of any deposits within the above stated 30 calendar days, the Bonus will be cancelled and unavailable for activation upon its validity expiration.
Example:
On 2022.10.01 you deposit 100 USD or more onto your trading account and activate the Bonus.
The period of the Bonus validity – till 2022.10.30.
On 2022.10.30 you again deposit your account by the amount of 100 USD or more – your Bonus validity extends till 2022.11.29.
If you do not deposit a trading account in the period from 2022.10.01 to 2022.10.30, on 2022.10.30 the Bonus will be cancelled and unavailable for activation any more.
Even if a trading account is deposited on the last day of the promotion in the Company, your Bonus will be valid within 30 calendar days from the moment of fixating the threshold value.
1.7 For Forex group accounts, spread CASHBACK 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% effects at the Deposit value on a Client’s trading profile 100, 300, 600, 1000 and 2000 USD accordingly.
1.8 For Digital contracts accounts, OVERPAY PAYOUT +3%, +6%, +9%, +12% and +15% to every successful operation effects at the Deposit value on a Client’s trading profile 100, 300, 600 1000 and 2000 USD accordingly.
1.9 The Bonus is deactivated upon reaching the Deposit value which is below the minimum threshold value.
1.10 A current profit volume on a Client’s trading profile within the promotion period and reaching threshold values stated in paragraphs 1.5 and 1.6 of these Rules are also taken in consideration when determining the possibility of receiving the Bonus.
1.11 The Bonus is possible to activate on the following types of trading accounts of the Client’s profile: W-CENT, W-PROFI, W-INSTANT and W-DIGITAL.
1.12 OVERPAY PAYOUT is not provided for the trading assets “Digital contract 0-100”.
1.13 The Bonus is credited to a trading account after closing each deal, under the condition that a deal was opened and closed in the period of the bonus validity.
1.14 Bonuses credited to a trading account are real funds and are available for withdrawal.
1.15 Bonus vouchers and a credit bonus do not take part in assessing the Bonus activity.
1.16 Rebate Club points are not credited during the promotion period.
1.17 The amount of credited CASHBACK (OVERPAY PAYOUT) cannot exceed 1500 USD per day.
1.18 CASHBACK is not credited onto the accounts with an active Jet Trade bonus.
2. Description of calculations
2.1 A Deposit value or a current profit volume on the profile’s trading accounts during the promotion period, if the profile’s calculated profit value is greater than a Deposit value, is taken into account when determining the possibility of receiving the Bonus, assessing its activity and growth. During drawdown, only Deposit value is taken into account.
Example:
At the start of the promotion, Deposit values as well as a current profit volume for every Client are supposedly equal to zero (0).
Upon depositing an account by the amount, for example, 300 USD you can activate the Bonus 20% of spread CASHBACK on Forex and OVERPAY PAYOUT +6% to every successful operation on Digital contracts accounts.
Such level of the Bonus will effect until this value becomes lower resulting from subsequent withdrawals of funds.
However, if your profit during the promotion reaches, for instance, 600 USD, you can get to the next Bonus level and activate 30% of spread CASHBACK on Forex and OVERPAY PAYOUT +9% to every successful operation on Digital contracts accounts, since a greater value is taken into account.
Such level of the Bonus will effect until this value becomes lower resulting from losing trade. In this case your Bonus level will be 20% of spread CASHBACK on Forex and OVERPAY PAYOUT +6% to every successful operation on Digital contracts accounts on the basis of the Deposit value 300 USD, under the condition that you have not withdrawn any funds from your trading account within this period.
If you have withdrawn, for example, 200 USD from your trading account within this period, your Bonus will be 10% of spread CASHBACK on Forex and OVERPAY PAYOUT +3% to every successful operation on Digital contracts accounts.
Every new deposit as well as the profit growth brings you to the next, higher Bonus level.
3. Final provisions
3.1 All Bonus calculations are available in the special bonus section of the Personal cabinet.
3.2 The Company has the right to cancel the bonus credited due to this promotion in case if the promotion conditions violations are detected. The existence of such violations will be determined by the Company’s appropriate departments following the results of the expert assessment of the Client’s financial and trading operations and their decision shall not be disputable.
3.3 The conditions of the promotion can be amended at any moment in the presence of the circumstances which, at the Company’s discretion, can cause the necessity for such changes.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without giving any reasons.
