We would like to inform you that on 11/04/17, Microsoft is releasing its Windows 10 Creators Update, after which the Windows version will be completely updated.

Given that the MetaTrader4 trading platform uses data binding to an operating system and hardware in order to protect traders' data, this update will bring with it some changes to configurations and encryption keys.

As such, once the Windows 10 Creators Update is installed, all trading account passwords saved on your computer will be lost.

In order to maintain access to your MetaTrader4 trading accounts, we ask that you save all your current passwords in a safe place before updating your operating system.
