The currency pair had no significant changes last week. Investors get used to this situation gradually and the volatility goes down. There was a couple of important events last week including US Retail Sales and Unemployment Claims data.
Retail sales data was weaker than expected but the Unemployment Claims were above forecasts. The risk appetites are low currently and we do not expect fundamental growth in the nearest future.
We think that EUR/USD is likely to retest 1,0870 this week. The currency pair is likely to stay close to that level for the whole week.
