World Forex company offers all Partners, who wish, to take part in the Contest in the manner and on the terms, described in this document (Rules of the contest). The fact of participating in the Contest denotes your agreement with the rules in force.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Contest organizer is “World Forex” Company.

1.2. Participation in the partners’ contest is free and voluntary.

1.3. All willing Company’ Partners, who have reached lawful age, regardless of the citizenship, gender, nationality, profession, possession of a real or demo account, can take part in the contest. The corporate employees of “World Forex” Company, as well as their family members or relatives, are not allowed to participate in the Contest.

1.4. The date and time of the Contest commencement and its duration are announced additionally on the contest page, placed on the Company’s site.

2. Conditions for the conduct

2.1 In order to take part in the Contest, it is necessary to make and edit at least one video, that creatively and originally describes the advantages of work with World Forex Company.

2.1.1 The edited video should be uploaded on a YouTube channel, stated in the Partner’s cabinet and the link to the video should be shared in social nets.

2.1.2 The link to the video should be sent to the Partner department of World Forex Company, having filled in the special form on the Contest page.

3. The requirements for videos:

3.1. Duration not less than 3 minutes.

3.2. The video bitrate not below 480p.

3.3. The video soundtrack should be easily heard.

3.4 Videos, represented in the Contest, should not breach the legislations of the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Ukraine.

3.5 YouTube channel should not contain porno and erotic materials, advocacy of violence and racial discrimination, exhortations to crimes commitment, offensive terms in unreasonable quantity, and malicious software.

3.6 The videos, created to promote other brokers of the currency exchange market, as well as the videos that use the name of other broker companies and form the negative image of World Forex, do not take part in the Contest.

4. Registration

4.1. In order to take part in the Contest, it is necessary to register on the Company’s site as a Client, and then in the special section of the site make an application for joining the Partnership programme.

ATTENTION: the full name, e-mail and telephone number, specified by a Participant during registration should be real! Otherwise, a Participant forfeits the right to get a partnership compensation and a prize in case of winning the Contest. The changes of the registration data during the conduct of the Contest are not made and are not allowed.

4.2 Upon obtaining the “Partner” status, it is necessary to add a desired web-resource (YouTube channel) in the section “Your web-resources” in the Partner’s cabinet. The added web-resource (YouTube channel) will be sent on examination, and, along with that, a message with the options for the resource management rights confirmation will sent to your e-mail. Fulfill the conditions, and, within 72 hours, your web-resource will be examined and assigned with a relevant status.

5. Winners and prizes.

5.1 An author of every video, that has passed moderation, will get a 10USD voucher to a real account, as well as increasing the level of partnership compensation to the level “Profi”.

5.1.2 Three authors of the best videos, following the results of every month, get 100USD to a real account.
The funds are available for withdrawal.

5.2 The participants, who have taken a prize place, guaranteedly receive a prize within one week from the date of announcing the Contest results on the Company’s site.

6. Contest judgement.

6.1 “World Forex” judicial board is the Contest judge. The decisions made by the board are ultimate and are not subject to any appeal.

6.2 The participants, who have violated these Rules, are subject to disqualification in this Contest.

6.3. All claims, propositions and questions, arising to Participants in the process of the Contest conduct, as well as during reviewing the results, should be sent via a feedback form on the page “Feedback form”, section “Support” or from the personal area of the Personal cabinet, section “Support”, with the mandatory stating the title “Contest for traders” in the reason for a message.

6.4 All claims, propositions and questions, associated with the Contest, that are presented by other means or sent to the other Company’s departments, are not accepted for consideration.

6.5 “World Forex” administration reserves the right to introduce changes to these Rules, whereof the Company will inform the Contest participants in advance.

6.6 The Company reserves the right to decline the Participant’s registration or to disqualify him/her without giving any reason.

6.7 When choosing the best videos, the following criteria will be taken into consideration:

• Technical quality (compliance with the requirements)
• Content quality (actuality of the information, creativity, easiness of understanding the information)
• Activity (likes, views, comments)
