New Zealand GDP’s growth was 0,6% in the first quarter of 2019. The indicator has meet the forecasts and previous reading. As for the yearly basis, GDP growth was 2,5%, which is higher than previous reading and expectations.
USD
USD’s decline was due to the opinion that the FED is ready to decrease Interest Rates during the next FOMC meeting. The main aim for that is the growing inner and global risks.
GBP
The Bank of England has made no changes in their monetary policy and declined their economic forecasts to 0% in the second quarter. The MPC members have mentioned that the Interest Rates will grow step-by-step to support the UK economics in case of hard Brexit.
