Rules of the «Cashback club» loyalty program
Registering in the Cashback Club loyalty program (thereafter – ‘Program’), a client fully consents to these rules:
1. All clients, without any exception, can register in the Program.
2. Mobile phone verification is the main condition for participation.
3. Crediting cashback is carried out pursuant to the terms and conditions, set in the section 9 of the Public Offer Agreement.
4. Cashback accrued due to the Program can be used for transferring into the account balance with the possible subsequent withdrawal, or can exchanged for the additional services, bonuses or valuable prizes offered within the frame of the Program.
5. Cashback is credited under the condition that an order has passed the Minimum Trade Points (MTP) specified for each financial instrument of the Forex group assets. MTP values are determined for each instrument and displayed in cashback calculator.
6. Cashback is not credited for the positions of duration less than 2 (two) minutes, as well as for the positions which are fully or partially hedged on the same trading instrument within less than 2 (two) minutes from the moment of opening the first position.
7. The value of the credited cashback depends on the club coefficient, the principle of which formation is explained in the Cashback Club site page.
8. The club coefficient and, accordingly, the cashback value are calculated once a day, are valid 24 hours and displayed in the club participant’s profile.
9. The company is entitled not to credit/to cancel the cashback received due to the trading platform inefficiency.
10. The company is entitled to cancel the credited cashback in case of detecting the orders that contravene the terms and conditions of the Public Offer Agreement and the bonus program rules are detected on the Program participant’s account, as well as in case of detecting, upon the company’s discretion, the fact of receiving cashback by means of the Program rules misuse.
11. The company reserves the right to reject crediting/ cancel the credited cashback from the orders where the margin was secured entirely with bonus funds.
12. The company may amend or supplement these Rules at any time without any obligatory prior notification.
13. Calculations of all the values compounding this Program coefficients are formed solely in reliance upon the company’s data storage protocol.
