Within the frame of the promotion a Client receives the Bonus that doubles a deposit amount.

The Bonus is not written off with a reduction of equity below the own funds level and fully participates in “drawdown”

Activating the promotion in the Trader’s personal cabinet, a Client accepts these Rules.

1. General

1.1 The promotion is available for all clients of the Company.

1.2 In order to receive the Bonus, it is required at one time to deposit an account by an amount from 100 USD.

1.2.1 The Bonus is only applied for new deposits. If a Client requests funds withdraw in order to subsequently make a deposit with the aim to receive the bonus, the Company has the right to refuse providing the Bonus or cancel the Bonus activated in this way. The Bonus provision for the clients with an already existing deposit that meets the conditions for receiving the Bonus is considered individually for every Client by sending a request to: [email protected].

1.3 The Bonus is activated in a special account W-PROMO and can be credited into the following account types: W-PROFI, W-PROFI fix, W-CENT, W-CENT fix, W-INSTANT, at a client’s choice.

1.4 The maximum leverage on the trading account with the Bonus – 1:500.

1.5 The Bonus cannot be credited into the account into which other bonuses were credited before.

1.6 It is not possible to receive a credit bonus into the account with the Bonus, as well as to credit a voucher provided by the Company within the frames of other promotions.

1.7 The Bonus is credited when funding a trading account solely by external means (through the payment systems represented on the Company’s site) in the trading account deposit menu of the section “Transactions” in the Trader’s personal cabinet. Transactions within the cabinet are not considered as depositing an account.

1.8 The Bonus is credited into the trading account “Balance” sheet.

1.8.1. When crediting the Bonus, the deposit amount on which the Bonus was credited is blocked for withdrawal until the Bonus is cancelled or completely worked out.

1.9 A total amount of Bonuses on one account cannot exceed 10 000 USD (or equivalent), on all accounts in the trading profile – 20 000 USD.

1.10 A Client has the right at any moment to refuse from the credited Bonus in the appropriate section of the personal Trader’s cabinet.

2. Principal of work with the Bonus

2.1 When crediting the Bonus into an account, all funds on the trading accounts are distributed proportionally to the own and bonus funds fractions:
- Own funds on the account are determined by the account equity proportion to the own funds fraction.
- Bonus funds on the account are determined by the account equity proportion to the bonus funds fraction.

2.2 The ratios are restated upon each balance operation on the trading account with an active Bonus:
- Funding the account (either with crediting the bonus or not);
- Funds withdrawal from the account;
- Working out the bonus on the account;
- The bonus cancellation on th2e account.

2.2.1 When funding the account with an active Bonus, an amount of deposited funds is added to the own funds fraction. The ratio changes according to the new fractions formation on the trading account.

2.2.2 When withdrawing funds from the account with an active Bonus, an amount of withdrawn funds is deducted from the own funds fraction. The ratio changes according to the new fractions formation on the trading account.

2.2.3 When working out the Bonus, a bonus fraction shall pass into an own one, with new fractions formation on the account.

2.2.4 When cancelling the Bonus, a current amount of all bonus funds will be written off from the account, and a deposited amount the Bonus was received on becomes available for withdrawal.

2.3 At the profit fixation, the profit amount is proportionally distributed between the client’s own funds and all fractions of the bonus funds, according to their current ratios.

2.4 At drawdown on the trading account, own and bonus funds participate proportionally to the current ratios.

2.5 Bonus funds withstand drawdown and will not be written off in case of equity reduction below the level of own funds, up to the time of the Stop Out event.

2.6 Data on the state of funds on the trading account, as well as the history of own and bonus funds redistribution after every balance operation are available in the special section “Jet Trade” of the Trader’s personal cabinet.

2.7 An amount, available for withdrawal without the Bonus cancellation, as well as an amount available for withdrawal after all Bonuses cancellation, is automatically calculated on the page of the funds withdrawal request.

3. Funds withdrawal from the account with an active Bonus

3.1 The deposit amount on which the Bonus was credited is blocked on the trading account until its cancellation or complete working out.

3.2 Only the own funds on which the Bonus was not credited can be withdrawn from the trading account until its cancellation or complete working out.

3.3 When having an active Bonus on the trading account, the amount of funds available for withdrawal can be calculated by the formula:
[Own funds] - [Deposits with the bonus] = [Withdrawal amount]
Or
[Equity] - [Bonus] - [Deposits with the bonus] = [Withdrawal amount]
Where:
[Equity] – funds on the account
[Bonus] – amount of current bonuses on the account (p.2.1)
[Own funds] – amount of own funds (p. 2.1)
[Deposits with the bonus] – amount of deposits on which the bonus was credited.

4. Working out the Bonus

4.1 The Bonus amount (a bonus with a profit) and the deposit amount on which the bonus was credited become available for withdrawal upon fulfilling the conditions for trading turnover on the account, calculated in lots in the following value:
[Trading turnover] = [Amount of the credited bonus] ÷ 4

4.2 When determining the turnover conditions, the deals on all available trading instruments are taken into consideration.

4.3 Trading turnover calculation is made on an unhedged trading volume.

4.4 Only the turnover of trading with the client’s bonus funds is taken into consideration, based on the bonus funds fraction on the trading account, stated by p.2.1 of these Rules.

4.5 Trading volume calculated when trading oil has multiplicity factor 10. In case of a deal in the volume of 10 lots, only 1 lot will be accounted.

5. Final provisions

5.1 A partner commission and Rebate club points are credited only on the volumes of trade with the client’s own funds.

5.2 The Company has the right to cancel the credited Bonus in case if violations of these provisions are detected. The existence of such violations will be determined by the Company’s appropriate departments following the results of the expert assessment of the client’s financial and trading operations and will be non-disputable.

5.3 The conditions of this promotion can be altered at any moment in the presence of the circumstances that, upon the Company’s discretion, can cause the necessity for such changes.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to terminate the promotion, refuse to grant the Bonus or write off all bonus funds from a client’s account at any time without giving any reasons.

Examples:

1. Crediting the first Bonus:

You deposited 1000 USD into the trading account
The Bonus that was credited +1000 USD (100%)
The trading account balance amounts: 1000 + 1000 = 2000 USD
Funds ratio on the account: 50% (own) / 50% (bonus)

In the result of two deals, in this example, 100 USD were withdrawn and the trading account balance amounted 2400 USD. The profit available for withdrawal – 142,8 USD. The bonus profit of 257,2 USD should be worked out. The worked out bonus volume amounted 2,57 lots.

2. Crediting the next Bonus:

You deposited 500 USD more into the trading account
The Bonus that was credited +500 USD (100%)
The trading account balance amounts: 2400 + 500 + 500 = 3400 USD
Funds ratio on the account: 50% (own) / 50% (bonus)

Please note, that the account equity is now divided into three parts:

You transferred 800 USD from the client account to the trading account with an active Perfect Bonus. The trading account balance becomes: 4600 + 800 = 5400 USD. In this case the bonus is not credited, but there will be new fractions formation:

Please, when calculating fractions in the bonus programme consider that only equity accounts are taken into account. In case of crediting the Bonus into an account with a drawdown, the Bonus will be added to the account current equity. When an account leaves a drawdown for a profitable zone, the account equity will change together with the bonus fraction according to the ratios.

For example, you deposited an account by 500 USD without crediting the Bonus and opened several trading orders. After some time, the account entered a drawdown and floating profit amounted - 350 USD. The account equity at the moment amounts 150 USD.You deposit an account by 300 USD with crediting the Bonus 300 USD:

150 + 300 = 450 USD (own funds fraction)
Bonus fraction = 300 USD.
Equity: 150 + 300 + 300 = 750 USD

Market situation changed and floating profit on the account amounted +150 USD. Equity amounts 1250 USD.

Funds available for withdrawal / transfer without cancelling the Bonus:

750 - 300 = 450 USD
or
1250 - (1250 * 0,4) - 300 = 450 USD
with cancelling the Bonus:
1250 - 500 = 750 USD

If in the result of trading operations you have reached the total turnover in 250 lots since the first Bonus was credited, - Bonus 1 is considered to be fully worked out. The bonus amount and this bonus trading profit shall pass into the client’s own funds. The worked out bonus fraction is added to the own funds.

In order to transfer a worked out bonus into own funds, a request should be sent from the bonus section of the Trader’s personal cabinet in the menu of managing the bonus state.
