The amendments have been introduced to the Public Offer Agreement:

• - Section 1 “ Payment arrangements” and Section 2 “Responsibilities of the Company and the Client” – the amendments concerning AML policy of the Company have been introduced.
• - Section 3 “About the Client’s risks” – amended item e) of paragraph 3.6.
• - Section 4 “Rules of transactions” – the arrangement of the section has been changed, paragraphs 4.12 and 4.15 have been introduced.
• - Section 5 “General provisions for binary options trade” has been added.
• - Section 6 “Conditions for “Deposit Bonus +25%” use” has been added.
• - Section 7 “Conditions for “Bonus-voucher” use” has been added.
• - Section 8 “Consideration of appeals, claims and disputes” – amended paragraph 8.2.

The amended Public Offer Agreement comes into force on the 24.10.2013 and is available in the section “Company”.
