- The card holder’s/ profile owner’s residential address confirmation.

2. An account can only be deposited by the client who is the bank card holder and the profile owner. No third party payments are accepted. The funds will be returned according to the payment sender’s bank details, with a possible charging the commission for such return.

3. An issuing bank may charge an additional commission for transactions with the double conversion, at the issuing bank’s rates.

4. In some cases, the payment processing time may take up to 6 banking days, depending on an issuing bank.

5. Funds withdrawals from the trading account deposited via VISA/Master Card are performed according to the payment regulations described in the Public Offer Agreement. A bank hold up to 10 days may be applied.

Wire Transfer – is an electronic funds transfer method.

In order to make a deposit to a trading account, in the section «Transactions» – «Deposit» of the trader’s personal cabinet, select a trading account, enter a desired deposit amount, choose the payment method «Wire Transfer» and press the button «Deposit funds». An Invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail. Making a transfer, use the Company’s bank details stated in the received invoice, or provide the printed invoice at the bank branch. Important information:

1. Wire transfers from third parties are not accepted. All expenses, associated with the transfer return to the sender’s requisites, are paid by the client.

2. A Wire Transfer can be used to deposit a trading account upon fulfilling the following requirements:
- A payer’s identity and residential address verification.
- Signing a Service Agreement with the Company. For this purpose, you need to download and print the Agreement, put your signature and attach a scanned copy of the signed Agreement to the sending form on the verification page. Upon complying with appropriate procedures, the method will be available for replenishing an account.

3. In order to carry out a wire transfer in the bank branch, you do not need to have a personal bank account. However, you should present an identity document.

4. During the transfer, a currency conversion can be made, using the Company’s official exchange rates.

5. A trading account will be deposited after the transferred funds, net of bank charges, arrive in the Company’s bank account.

6. In order to expedite crediting the funds to a trading account, we recommend attaching the Invoice payment slip in the section “Transaction Status” in the payment confirmation form.
