This glossary contains educational, operational, and contract / service terms used on the Company website, in trading conditions, partnership rules, and the Public Offer Agreement.
If a specific term has a special meaning in an agreement, campaign rules, contract specifications, or another Company document, the relevant document prevails.
A client referred by a Partner and included in the Partner’s affiliate group who has completed at least one full trade within the period defined by the applicable rules and whose trading activity may generate Partner Compensation.
A type of digital contract available on W-DIGITAL accounts that may be closed early subject to the contract parameters and does not provide a partial return of the investment in case of a losing result.
A set of rules and procedures applied by the Company to prevent money laundering, verify the Client’s identity, confirm the source of funds, and validate payment details.
A monetary sum or numeric value of an investment, trade, transfer, accrual, or another financial parameter, expressed in the currency of the relevant account, instrument, or transaction.
A trading approach based on using price discrepancies between different markets, instruments, or points in time in order to gain a profit.
The seller’s price — the price at which a Client can buy a financial instrument. In a two-way quote, Ask is usually the higher price.
The account value excluding the current financial result of open positions. Balance reflects the outcome of closed trades, non-trading operations, accruals, and debits on the account.
A chart element showing the opening price, closing price, high, and low of an instrument for a selected period of time.
The first currency in a currency pair. Trade volume is expressed in the base currency.
A market characterized by a sustained decline in prices.
The buyer’s price — the price at which a Client can sell a financial instrument. In a two-way quote, Bid is usually the lower price.
Funds granted to a Client by the Company under bonus programs, promotions, contests, or other marketing activities subject to the applicable rules.
A promotional bonus that may be credited to a Client under a campaign, contest, promo event, or other Company offer subject to the relevant rules.
A professional market participant or company that provides a client with access to trading infrastructure, quotations, and transactions in financial instruments under the applicable service conditions.
A market characterized by a sustained increase in prices.
An element of a candlestick chart showing the opening price, closing price, high, and low of an instrument over a selected period.
A monetary accrual calculated by the Company under the loyalty program rules based on the Client’s trading activity and credited subject to the applicable program conditions.
The Company’s loyalty program under which a Client may receive cashback depending on trading turnover, club coefficient, and other conditions established by the Company.
A graphical representation of price changes over time.
An individual who has registered a profile with the Company and uses the Company’s services, products, and/or trading facilities under the applicable documents.
A registered Client profile within the Company’s systems that provides access to the Trader’s Room and related services.
Software or an interface used by the Client to access the Company’s trading and service functions, including MetaTrader, WebTrader, and other client applications supported by the Company.
A previously opened market position for which an opposite transaction has been executed and the final financial result has been calculated.
A value used in Cashback Club that is calculated on the basis of the trading turnover of the Client’s profile for the relevant period and affects the amount of cashback accrued.
A financial instrument representing an agreement between parties to exchange the difference between the price of the underlying asset at the opening and closing of a trade without physical delivery of the asset itself.
The key trading parameters for each instrument, including spread, contract size, minimum trade volume, step, margin, hedged margin, and other relevant conditions.
A bank, financial institution, exchange, liquidity provider, or other person through whom the Company receives market data, liquidity, or settlement services.
A foreign exchange instrument showing the value of one currency against another.
A member of the Company’s staff or trading infrastructure responsible for processing trading instructions and quotations where provided by the trading conditions.
A training account intended for learning the platform and practicing trading without using real money.
Funds deposited by a Client into a personal account and/or trading account.
The currency in which the Client’s funds, transaction results, and account calculations are recorded.
A financial contract whose outcome depends on the direction of movement of the underlying asset price and on the conditions of the specific digital contract type established by the Company.
A type of digital contract available on W-DIGITAL accounts in which profit and loss are always 100%, the spread is taken into account, and the expiration time is defined by the trade parameters and the relevant service rules.
A method of reducing risk by spreading funds across different instruments, markets, or strategies.
The direction of a digital contract selected by the Client when forecasting that the underlying asset price will fall by the time of expiration. The trading interface uses the designation DOWN.
A decline in account equity or balance from a recorded local peak to the subsequent local trough over a given period of time.
The current value of the account including the financial result of open positions, swaps, and other applicable accruals or debits.
A type of digital contract available on W-DIGITAL accounts that does not allow early closing and provides for a partial return of the investment in case of a losing result, subject to the contract parameters.
A software algorithm used in a trading platform to automate analysis, submission of requests and instructions, and management of trading operations.
The time or date at which a digital contract or another time-limited instrument is deemed completed or settled according to its parameters.
A market condition characterized by sharp price movements over a short period of time, often accompanied by gaps and wider spreads.
A contract offered by the Company under which the Client may enter into a digital contract or another product on the terms of the relevant service.
A market condition in which price moves mainly within a horizontal range without a pronounced upward or downward trend.
Extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties that may affect the performance of obligations.
An assessment of the probable future movement of a market or instrument based on available information, statistics, market data, and analytical methods.
The international foreign exchange market on which one currency is exchanged for another and transactions in currency instruments are carried out.
Funds in the account not tied up as margin for open positions. It is usually calculated as Equity minus Used Margin.
A time interval established by the Company during which early closing of a digital contract is unavailable or restricted, including immediately after purchase and/or shortly before expiration.
A completed trading transaction whose result is reflected on the trading account and is taken into account by the Company under the relevant rules or service conditions.
A price range in which no quotations were available, causing a visible break in the chart.
The margin required to open and maintain opposite-direction positions of the same volume in the same instrument on one account.
A method of reducing risk through offsetting positions or transactions.
A calculated value used in technical analysis to assess market conditions such as trend, volatility, and momentum.
A sustained increase in the general price level of goods and services, resulting in a decline in the purchasing power of money.
The annual interest rate that may be credited by the Company to certain account types or funds in accordance with the applicable service conditions, bonus programs, or other Company rules.
The portion of a Client’s funds used to purchase a digital contract or another product in accordance with the product terms.
A password assigned to a trading account, where available, that may be used to view account data in a limited-access mode without full trading rights.
The ratio that allows a Client to open positions exceeding the amount of the Client’s own funds on the account.
The minimum distance, expressed in points, from the current market price at which pending orders and protective levels such as Stop Loss and Take Profit may be placed or modified.
The ability of a market or instrument to absorb buying or selling activity without material impact on price.
A long and a short position of the same volume opened in the same instrument on the same trading account.
A buy position opened in expectation that the price of the instrument will rise.
A unit used to measure trade volume. For each instrument, the lot size is set by the contract specifications.
The collateral amount required to open and maintain a position, determined by the trading conditions and instrument parameters.
A situation in which the margin level approaches critical values established by the trading conditions and the Client is expected to reduce exposure or add funds.
An account status indicator calculated as the ratio of equity to used margin, expressed as a percentage.
The minimum amount of collateral required to open a position in a specific instrument.
The minimum number of points that a trade or an instrument price must move for the purpose of result recognition, compensation accrual, or application of the relevant Company rule.
An operation that is not a trading deal, including deposit, withdrawal, internal transfer, credit or bonus accrual or reversal, correction, and similar operations; in cases provided by the Agreement, the Company may classify certain actions as non-trading operations.
A market state with a regular flow of quotations, no sharp price spikes, and no material gaps or comparable disruptions.
A quote that does not correspond to normal market conditions, including price gaps, price noise, technical malfunctions, or other abnormal price levels.
A position that has been opened and not yet closed by an opposite trade or another closing action.
A Client’s instruction to perform a trade, open or close a position, or place, modify, or remove an order according to the rules of the platform and instrument.
A market condition in which a price is considered to have risen more than expected according to a particular analytical approach.
The carrying of an open position into the next trading day or value date.
A market condition in which a price is considered to have fallen more than expected according to a particular analytical approach.
A Client of the Company who has joined the affiliate program in accordance with the applicable agreement. For the purposes of the affiliate rules, such Client is referred to as the Partner.
Compensation paid to a Partner for trading operations carried out by the clients referred by that Partner on the terms established by the applicable agreement and Company documents.
The amount of loss or deduction on a digital contract in case of a negative result, as determined by the contract parameters and the Company’s conditions.
The amount of payout or profit on a digital contract in case of a positive result, as determined by the contract parameters and the Company’s conditions.
An instruction to buy or sell an instrument when the price reaches conditions specified in advance by the trader.
A service account within the Client’s or Partner’s profile intended for storing funds and conducting internal operations, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals within the Company’s services.
The minimum standard unit of price change for a financial instrument.
A positive financial result of a trade, investment, contract, or other operation calculated under the rules of the relevant instrument, service, or program.
The current price or two-way price of a financial instrument, including Bid and Ask values, or another price used by the Company for calculation and execution purposes.
The process of providing the Client with quotes and price levels for financial instruments for the purpose of trading and settlement.
A static link leading to the Company’s website that contains the Partner’s ID and is used for client referral purposes.
A Client’s instruction to obtain a quote or perform a trading action. A request does not always mean an obligation to execute at a specific price.
The amount of funds required to open and/or maintain a specific position or a set of open positions.
A trading strategy involving a large number of short-term trades aimed at capturing small profits or small losses within very short time intervals.
A log file or record of the trading server that captures requests, instructions, operations, and the results of their processing using the Company’s system time.
The server or platform time used by the Company to record events, calculations, logs, and execution parameters in the trading system.
A security representing ownership in the capital of a joint-stock company and entitling its holder to a share of the company’s profit in the form of dividends, unless otherwise provided by the issue terms.
A sell position opened in expectation that the price of the instrument will fall.
The difference between the expected execution price and the actual execution price caused by market movement or execution conditions.
The difference between the Bid and Ask prices of an instrument at a given moment.
An order designed to limit losses if the price moves in an unfavorable direction.
A Margin Level threshold at which the Company may forcibly close open positions under the trading conditions in order to limit further losses.
A Partner registered with the Company and included in the group of a superior Partner under the applicable affiliate structure.
A debit or credit applied for carrying a position over to the next day, where applicable.
An order designed to lock in profit when the price reaches the forecast level.
A single price change.
A chart that displays every price change with tick-level detail.
The time interval used to build a chart element and define the overall chart scale.
A Client’s instruction to open, close, modify, or remove a trading order, pending order, or level within the functionality of the trading platform and the applicable service conditions.
A person who carries out trading operations using his or her own funds or funds entrusted for trading.
The personal section of the Company’s website through which a Client registers a profile, opens accounts, deposits and withdraws funds, uses Company services, and submits requests.
A unique personalized record in the trading system in which completed transactions, open positions, non-trading operations, and orders are reflected.
A purchase, sale, opening, closing, or other action involving a financial instrument performed by the Client within the platform functionality and the Company’s conditions.
The software and technical environment used to receive market information, perform trading operations, record mutual obligations, and apply the relevant trading conditions.
A profile in the Company’s systems that may include one or more trading accounts and related service accounts.
A stop-loss mechanism that automatically moves with the price by a specified distance when the market moves in the favorable direction.
An operation recorded in the Client’s profile or account, including deposit, withdrawal, internal transfer, opening and closing of a trade, and any other activity that changes the status of the account or profile.
A sustained market movement in a particular direction.
The financial instrument whose price is used as the basis for the conclusion and settlement of a digital contract or other derivative product.
The direction of a digital contract selected by the Client when forecasting that the underlying asset price will rise by the time of expiration. The trading interface uses the designation UP.
The degree of price fluctuation of a market or instrument over a given period of time.
The size of a trade, position, order, or investment, expressed in lots, asset units, or another format established by the relevant instrument or service specification.
The Company’s web-based trading interface that allows access to an account and trading functions without installing separate software.

Trading accounts for real trade with the standard lot size and minimum contract step.
