Rules of the «Rebate club» loyalty programme

Registering in the Rebate Club loyalty programme (thereafter – ‘Programme’), a client fully consents to these rules.

1. All clients, without any exception, can register in the Programme.

2. Mobile phone verification is the main condition for participation.

3. Crediting the points is carried out pursuant to the terms and conditions, described in the section 9 of the Public Offer Agreement.

4. Points accrued due to the Programme can be used for transferring into the account balance with the possible subsequent withdrawal, or can be used for purchasing the additional services offered within the frame of the Programme.

5. The club points are credited under the condition that an order has passed the Minimum Trade Points (MTP) specified for each financial instrument of the Forex group assets. MTP values are determined for each instrument and displayed in the points calculator.

6. The points are not credited for the positions of duration less than 2 (two) minutes, as well as for the positions which are fully or partially hedged on the same trading instrument within less than 2 (two) minutes from the moment of opening the first position.

7. The number of credited points depends on the compound club coefficient. The principle of the compound club coefficient formation is explained in the Rebate Club site page.

8. The compound club coefficient is calculated once a day and is displayed in the club participant’s profile.

9. The company is entitled not to credit/to cancel club points received due to the trading platform inefficiency.

10. The company is entitled to cancel the credited club points in case of detecting the orders that contravene the terms and conditions of the Public Offer Agreement and the bonus programme rules are detected on the Programme participant’s account, as well as in case of detecting, upon the company’s discretion, the fact of receiving the club points by means of the Programme conditions misuse.

11. The company reserves the right to reject crediting/ cancel the credited club points from the orders where the margin was secured entirely with bonus funds.

12. The company may amend or supplement these Rules at any time without any obligatory prior notification.

13. Calculations of all the values compounding this Programme coefficients are formed solely in reliance upon the company’s data storage protocol.
